Editorial board members may act as field editors for submissions within their respective areas of expertise. This review is completed in a maximum of 15 days.

Referee Process (Academic Evaluation): After the review by the field editor, the manuscript is sent for academic evaluation to at least two referees who preferably have a doctoral thesis, book, or article on the subject. The arbitration procedure is conducted confidentially within the framework of double-blind peer review, which means that neither the evaluators nor the authors are aware of the identities of the other. Referee names are kept strictly confidential. Referee identities may only be disclosed to journal Editorial Board members, who are also instructed to maintain confidentiality. The referee is required to present his/her opinion about the reviewed study either in the text or to justify it with an explanation of at least 150 words on the online referee form. The author is given the right to defend his / her objections and opinions if he/she disagrees with the referee’s opinion. The field editor communicates with the author and the referee while maintaining confidentiality. The arbitration process is completed within a maximum of 30 (20 + 10) days. If both referee reports are positive, the study is submitted to the Editorial Board with a proposal to evaluate its publication. If one of the two judges declares a negative opinion, the study is sent to a third referee. The studies can be published with at least two positive decisions.

Correction Phase: If the referees request corrections to the text they have reviewed, the pertinent reports are forwarded to the author so they can make the necessary changes. The correction is requested to be completed within 10 days. The author transmits the revised text to the field editor, highlighting the changes in red.
