Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

All articles are evaluated by the scientific committee in terms of their scientific contribution, originality and content. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the data. The journal reserves the right to make appropriate corrections regarding language and spelling where it deems necessary. Articles can be sent back to the corresponding author for revision when deemed necessary. The articles published in the journal become the property of the journal and the copyright of the articles is acquired in the name of the Journal of Health Science Yuksek Ihtisas University. Articles previously published in any language are not considered for publication in the journal. Authors cannot send an article they sent to the Journal of Health Science Yuksek Ihtisas University to another journal. Articles must be prepared in accordance with ICMJE-Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals (updated in December 2019 - http://www.icmje.org/icmjerecommendations). Randomized studies should comply with CONSORT, observational studies with STROBE, diagnostic studies with STARD, systematic reviews and meta-analyses with PRISMA, animal studies with ARRIVE, and non-randomized behavioral and public health studies with TREND guidelines.
It should be stated whether an ethics committee decision was taken for the study or whether the Declaration of Helsinki regarding human experiments, updated in 2018, was complied with, otherwise it should be explained. All applications are scanned by similarity detection software (iThenticate by CrossCheck). The Editorial Board acts in accordance with COPE rules against allegations and suspicions of plagiarism, citation manipulation and data forgery regarding the studies submitted to our journal. Everyone listed as an author must meet the authorship criteria recommended by the ICMJE (www.icmje.org).
