This declaration is prepared based on the rules of the Committee on Publication Ethics "Code of Conduct and Best-Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors - 2011".

a) The Responsibility of the Editor:
The Editor decided on publishing the article if it is convenient. His/Her decision is based on the article’s compliance with journal publication policy, originality, and significance.
The editor of the journal must not share the personal information related to the submission with third parties (reviewers, members of the science committee, publisher, etc.).
The Editor or the reviewers should not use the information and the documents in the rejected articles in their own work without the written consent of the author.

b) The Responsibility of the Reviewer:
The reviewers support the Editorial Board for the control of submissions’ convenience to the publication.
The reviewers should be fair, objective, and constructive in the evaluation of the articles.
The reviewers make suggestions to the writers for the improvement of the submissions and the corrections of the possible mistakes.
The reviewers must inform the editor when they feel insufficient about the submission or when they cannot complete the examination of the articles in time.
The reviewers are responsible for the security of the information and ideas in the submissions. These are not shared with the third parties or the reviewers cannot use them in their own research.

c) The Responsibility of the Writer:
The research which was based on fraudulent/counterfeit data cannot be accepted. The writers must guarantee the veracity and the originality of the data.
If the research includes the people, the consent must be taken from the appropriate institution, as well as the people who join the research.
There should be written consent of related institutions or people for the material used in the article such as "data collection tool, table, graphics, map and other visuals" which belong to third parties and which are subjected to copyright.
In the process of article submission, the conditions which are mentioned in the "submission list” being accepted by the responsible writer are considered accepted by the other writers of the article.
All the writers who made a valuable contribution to the article should be added as co-writer. The people who do not make a contribution to the research are not suitable to be added as a co-writer and this situation will not be tolerated.
The writers should accept the reasonable revisions suggested by the journal’s reviewers and editors. If the writer rejects the revision without acceptable reasons, the article will be declined.
All the writers must correct all the mistakes in the article and withdraw the erroneous information.
