Kanıta Dayalı Uygulamalar ve Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Alanına Yansımaları

Abstract

Yirmibirinci yüzyılda çeşitli alanlarda yaşanan hızlı değişimler ruh sağlığı hizmetlerine olan gereksinimi arttırmaktadır. Artan gereksinimle beraber, ruh sağlığı hizmetleri ile ilgili anlayış da farklılaşmakta, sunulan hizmetlerin niteliği ile ilgili beklentiler artmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, son zamanlarda üzerinde durulan önemli konulardan birisi de ruh sağlığı alanında “kanıta dayalı uygulamalar” yaklaşımıdır. Kanıta dayalı uygulamalar konusu, yurt dışında uzun süredir tartışılan ve önemli gelişmelerin yaşandığı konulardan birisidir. Bu çalışmada, ruh sağlığı alanında kanıta dayalılık kavramı, bu kavramın tanımı, tarihçesi, içeriği ve önemi üzerinde durulmuş, bu kavramla ilgili tartışma alanları ele alınmış ve bu uygulamalar ile ilgili yurt dışında ve Türkiye'de gelinen nokta ile ilgili bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu çerçevede, psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik alanı açısından kanıta dayalı uygulamaların kullanılmasına ilişkin çeşitli konular ele alınmış, halihazırdaki duruma ilişkin bir değerlendirme yapılmış ve kanıta dayalı müdahalelerin kullanılmasına ilişkin çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.
