Abstract
Tüm İslam alimlerinin ittifak ettiği bir gerçek vardır ki o da şeri hükümlerin maslahatları içerdiğidir. Usulcüler maslahatı, itibar açısından farklı şekillerde taksime tabi tutsa da asıl gerilim alanını bu kısımlardan mürsel maslahat oluşturmaktadır. Bu konuda dikkat çeken en önemli isimlerden birisi de Gazzâlî’dir. Zira Gazzâlî kaleme aldığı el- Menhûl, Şifâu’l-Galîl ve el-Müstasfâ isimli üç usül eserinde mürsel maslahatla ilgili farklı görüşler ortaya koymuştur. Tanıtımını yapacağımız İmam Gazzâlî’de Maslahat Düşüncesi isimli bu eser İbrahim Özdemir tarafından Gazzâlî’deki maslahat düşüncesinin bu üç eser bağlamında ne olabileceğini, usulcülerin Gazzâlî’nin bu farklı yaklaşımlarını nasıl yorumladıklarını ortaya koyma ve bunları değerlendirme amacıyla kaleme alınmıştır.

Abstract
There is one fact that all Islamic scholars agree on, and that is that sharī'ah rulings contain maslaha. Although the jurists divide the maslaha into different categories in terms of credibility, the main area of tension is the mursal maslaha among these. Al-Ghazālī is one of the most prominent figures in this regard. Al-Ghazālī has put forward different views on the mursal maslaha in his three works on Usūl: al-Manhūl, Shifāʾ al-Ghālīl, and al-Mustasfā. The book we will introduce, The Idea of Maslahat in Imam al-Ghazālī, was written by İbrahim Özdemir with the aim of revealing what the thought of maslaha in Ghazālī could be in the context of these three works, how the methodologists interpret these different approaches of Ghazālī, and evaluating them.
