Abstract
G_r_ş: Kısa barsak sendromu, çoğunlukla ince barsağın cerrahi rezeksiyonuna sekonder barsak kütlesi kaybının bir sonucu olarak nadir görülen bir malabsorbsiyon sebebidir. Bu tablonun hafiflemesi için uygun nutrisyon desteği, sıvı ve elektrolit desteği yapılmalıdır. Hastalığın nedeni tespit edilmeli ve varsa cerrahi işlem türü dikkate alınarak beslenme planı yapılmalıdır. Kısa barsak sendromunda tedavinin en temel hedefi barsak adaptasyonunun sağlanması ve bu sürede hastanın malnütrisyondan korunmasıdır. Olgu Sunumu: Bu çalışmada iskemik kolit nedeni ile opere edilen ve sonrasında kısa barsak sendromu gelişmesi nedeni ile sık akut böbrek hasarı atakları ile servis yatış öyküsü olan vaka sunuldu.
