Abstract
Whitehead, din anlayışını bütünüyle insanın deneyimleri üzerine temellendirir. Din, canlılığını ve dinamizmini koruyabilmek için bir metafizik arka plana İhtiyaç duyar. Whitehead felsefesi, bir organizma felsefesi olduğu için, bütün tümel hakikatler arasında da organik bir bağın varlığını öngörür. Ya da hakikatin tüm birimleri, tümel hakikatlerin özelliklerini içerirler. Hakikatlerin, temelde birbirlerini nakzetmeyeceğinden hareketle ٠, dinamik dünyada dinle bilimin karşı karşıya gelmesini bir imkân olarak görür. Ona göre, uyuşmazlıkların gündeme gelmesiyle farklılıklar tolere edilebilir. Bilimin sahip olduğu gelişme ruhuna, dinin de sahip olması gerektiğine dikkat çeker. Dinin ilkeleri her ne kadar ezeli iseler de, bu ilkelerin ifade edilmesi sürekli tekâmüle muhtaçtır.

Abstract
Whitehead is basing his religious understanding entirely on the human experience. Religion needs a metaphysical background in order to maintain its vitality and dynamism. Whitehead's philosophy postulate the presence of an organic tie among the ali universal truths. Or ali units of the truth contain the features of the universal truth. he considers that confrontation between religion and sclence in the dynamic World as an advantage in terms of the fundamental truths not overrole each other. According to him, differences can be tolerated by the became an agenda item of disputes. He draws attention that religion should have the spirit of development as in Science. The expression of religious principles is in need of continuous evolution. Although these principles are also eternal.
